Domaine Pavelot

Domaine Pavelot is a family-run estate in Pernand-Vergelesses, with Luc and Lise representing the seventh generation of winemakers. The 10-hectare domaine reflects centuries of dedication, where patience, respect for the living, and a deep understanding of the vineyard guide every decision.

Committed to organic and biodynamic practices, the Pavelots nurture their vines to produce healthy, balanced fruit year after year. Old vines, some reaching 90 years, testify to this care and long-term vision. Viticulture emphasizes soil health, biodiversity, and minimal intervention, while harvests are guided by both meticulous observation and seasonal rhythms.

In the cellar, vinification is gentle and precise, relying on indigenous yeasts, limited sulfur, and minimal technological interference. Wines are crafted to express each vintage and appellation faithfully, reflecting the harmony of the vineyard without over-elaboration.
