Domaine Santa Duc

Since 1874, Domaine Santa Duc has embodied one of the purest and most expressive voices of the southern Rhône Valley. For six generations, the Gras family has cultivated exceptional terroirs across Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, with a deep commitment to craftsmanship and respect for nature.

In the 1980s, Yves Gras led the estate into a new era of precision and terroir expression through careful parcel selection and low-intervention winemaking. His son, Benjamin Gras, joined the domaine in 2017 and brought a renewed energy and vision, converting the estate to organic and biodynamic viticulture now certified by Ecocert and Demeter.

The vines are hand-harvested, yields are kept low, and cellar work is minimal. Fermentations occur spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wines are aged in large oak foudres or terracotta amphorae, without fining or filtration. This natural, respectful approach allows each wine to fully express the identity of its origin.
