Domaine Van Remoortere

Founded in 2011, Antoine Van Remoortere’s estate in Menetou-Salon has grown steadily from 5,000 to 50,000 bottles, alongside the organic conversion of its vineyards and longer aging periods now reaching up to eight months. From the very first vintages, the wines have clearly expressed the Kimmeridgian marl soils that define this terroir. The range remains focused and precise, highlighting freshness, balance, and site transparency.

The estate farms 14 hectares, producing around 90,000 bottles annually, with Sauvignon Blanc (10.5 ha) and Pinot Noir (3.5 ha). Harvesting combines hand and mechanical methods. The Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant, crisp, and pure, while the Pinot Noir is juicy and refined, partially vinified with whole clusters and aged in large-format barrels. A new cuvée, Le Clos Fouchet, explores amphora, concrete, and barrel aging for added complexity.
