Henri Milan is a pioneer of Provençal natural winemaking, farming biodynamically in the Alpilles for decades. His wines are unlike anything else in the south: alive, mineral and suffused with wild herbs — bringing the garrigue to the glass with startling, unforgettable clarity.

Le Premier is Henri Milan's biodynamic Vin de France — a white from Clairette and other indigenous Provençal varieties grown in the Alpilles. The 2022 is mineral, aromatic and alive: white flowers, stone fruit, wild herbs and a saline finish that captures the essence of the garrigue.

Sourcing & Storage

  • All beverages are shipped in temperature-controlled conditions and stored in our own warehouse

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
