Amethyste is Ardoisières' signature white, a blend of Roussanne, Marsanne and Jacquère grown on high-altitude schist in the Combe de Savoie. The 2017 is aged with impressive grace — honeyed stone fruit, white flowers and a saline mineral tension that speaks eloquently of ancient alpine terroir.
