Claude Riffault is one of Sancerre's most thoughtful vignerons, exploring a range of distinct soil types — flint, limestone, clay — to reveal the appellation's extraordinary terroir diversity. His Sauvignons are mineral, focused and built to evolve with real grace.

Les Dénisottes draws from a specific clay-flint mixed terroir in Sancerre. The 2023 is a refined, complex Sauvignon Blanc — citrus, white flowers, mineral smoke and a long, precise finish that reflects the Riffault philosophy of single-parcel terroir expression at its most focused.

Sourcing & Storage

  • All beverages are shipped in temperature-controlled conditions and stored in our own warehouse

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
