The Fabre family has long shaped the rugged identity of Corbières, from historic Château Fabre-Gasparets in Boutenac to Château de Luc. Committed to the sun-baked limestone and schist of this wild Languedoc appellation, they produce wines of bold character and Mediterranean soul.

L'Instant is Famille Fabre's fresh, easy-drinking Sauvignon Blanc from the warm Mediterranean plains of the Pays d'Oc. The 2024 shows grapefruit, fresh-cut grass and gooseberry on a lively, crisp palate. A versatile, unpretentious white ideal for warm-weather drinking and seafood.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
