Claude Riffault is one of Sancerre's most thoughtful vignerons, exploring a range of distinct soil types — flint, limestone, clay — to reveal the appellation's extraordinary terroir diversity. His Sauvignons are mineral, focused and built to evolve with real grace.

Mosaïque Calcaire draws from calcareous clay soils — the broadest, most textured of Riffault's whites. The 2023 shows ripe citrus, white peach, a hint of honey and a warm, generous palate balanced by fine mineral acidity. Richer than the flinty cuvées, ideal for the table.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
