Saint Joseph Rouge La Sybarite Domaine Chatagnier 2023

Aurélien Chatagnier is one of the northern Rhône's most exciting young voices, farming Condrieu, Cornas and Saint-Joseph vineyards with biodynamic conviction. His wines carry remarkable freshness alongside the density and aromatic complexity that volcanic granite demands.

La Sybarite is Chatagnier's Saint-Joseph from old Syrah vines on steep granite terraces. The 2023 is aromatic and silky — violet, black olive, wild herbs and a touch of smoked meat. Medium-bodied with firm mineral tannins and excellent freshness, built for mid-term enjoyment.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
