Jean-François Ganevat is a legend of the Jura — a vigneron philosopher who farms a mosaic of tiny plots with obsessive care. His Côtes du Jura wines, from Chardonnay to Poulsard and Savagnin, are among the world's most sought-after natural wines, shaped by oxidative tradition and uncompromising vision.

Les Chalasses Vieilles Vignes is a great Ganevat Chardonnay from very old vines on Triassic soils. Ouillé (topped-up) style, the 2019 shows ripe apple, hazelnut, beeswax and a creamy mineral depth. Rich yet tense, this is one of the Jura's finest white expressions.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
