Jean-François Ganevat is a legend of the Jura — a vigneron philosopher who farms a mosaic of tiny plots with obsessive care. His Côtes du Jura wines, from Chardonnay to Poulsard and Savagnin, are among the world's most sought-after natural wines, shaped by oxidative tradition and uncompromising vision.

Florine is a Ganevat cuvée honouring the estate in Chardonnay's most expressive form — old vines, biodynamic farming and ouillé vinification. The 2020 is rich and textured, with golden apple, praline and a long, honeyed mineral finish. A benchmark for the estate's white wine excellence.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
