Guillaume Gilles is one of Cornas' most exciting young producers, farming his granite terraces with a patience that belies his age. His Syrahs are concentrated yet refined — pure expressions of this volcanic appellation's dark intensity and capacity for graceful evolution.

Nouvelle R is Gilles' newest cuvée — a more accessible expression of Cornas from younger vines, designed for earlier drinking. The 2023 shows fresh violet, dark cherry and pepper with lighter tannins and a vibrant, mineral-edged finish. A great introduction to this exceptional estate.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
