Cornas Domaine Guillaume Gilles 2022

Guillaume Gilles is one of Cornas' most exciting young producers, farming his granite terraces with a patience that belies his age. His Syrahs are concentrated yet refined — pure expressions of this volcanic appellation's dark intensity and capacity for graceful evolution.

The 2022 Gilles Cornas, from a warmer vintage, is more opulent than the 2021 but no less authentic. Rich blackberry jam, leather, pepper and dark florals fill the nose. Full-bodied and warming, with firm granite tannins giving structure to a long, complex finish. Outstanding.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
