Guillaume Gilles is one of Cornas' most exciting young producers, farming his granite terraces with a patience that belies his age. His Syrahs are concentrated yet refined — pure expressions of this volcanic appellation's dark intensity and capacity for graceful evolution.

Gilles' 2021 Cornas is a naturally vinified Syrah from granite soils — whole clusters, no additions, long maceration. Dark and concentrated: blackberry, smoked meat, iron, violet and a dense tannic structure that demands patience. A serious, pure expression of Cornas from a young master.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
