Château de Béru is one of Chablis' rare monopoles, a historic estate with medieval roots rising from the Kimmeridgian hillsides. Within these ancient walls, Chardonnay speaks with crystalline precision, drawing from limestone soils cultivated for over five centuries.

The Clos Béru is the estate's crown jewel — a walled monopole within Chablis' historic village, farmed organically for decades. The 2021, from a cool, precise vintage, delivers pure flint, lemon curd and oyster shell on a tense, mineral palate. A wine for the cellar, speaking of centuries.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
