Athénaïs de Béru brings a bold, free spirit to the ancient Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis. Blending classical terroir with natural curiosity, her wines carry the mineral tension of chalk and clay softened by a poetic touch — bright, energetic and entirely her own.

Athénaïs de Béru's Aligoté is a revelation — grown on Kimmeridgian soils in Chablis, this 2022 is crisp, taut and mineral with lemony citrus, white blossom and a stony, almost saline finish. Far from a secondary variety, this shows Aligoté at its most serious and compelling.

Delivery

  • Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
  • All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
  • Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
