Rooted in Burgundy, Domaine Armand Heitz operates as a self-sustaining mixed farm, integrating permaculture gardens and livestock alongside prestigious vineyards. The estate focuses on circularity and living soils, utilizing natural compost and mulching to eliminate unnecessary inputs and foster a balanced ecosystem.
In the cellar, Armand follows a patient, low-intervention approach—letting tasting guide aging and bottling so each parcel retains its distinct identity. His reds achieve finesse and complexity, while the whites offer elegance and balance. Driven by Le terroir sans filtre, the estate sets a modern standard for pure, terroir-driven Burgundian winemaking.
