Domaine Pilon is a young and compelling northern Rhône estate producing wines across Cornas, Saint-Joseph, Côte-Rôtie and Saint-Péray. Minimal intervention, whole-cluster fermentation and organic farming yield wines of transparency, freshness and genuine, place-rooted character.
L'Élégance du Caillou — 'the pebble's elegance' — is Pilon's most refined Cornas, from granite parcels vinified with whole clusters. The 2023 shows violet, dark cherry, smoked herb and a silky, surprisingly elegant structure for the appellation. Approachable in youth, it will develop magnificently.

Delivery
- Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
- All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
- Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
