Straddling the granite hills of Brouilly, Régnié and Fleurie, Domaine Bonnet Cotton tends Gamay vines of remarkable character. A Beaujolais estate defined by its terroir diversity, crafting wines that range from joyful and floral to structured and mineral.
Les Mines draws from Brouilly's granite and diorite soils, where Gamay achieves a rounder, fleshier style. The 2023 is generous and fruity — dark cherry, raspberry, a slight earthy mineral note — with soft tannins and a juicy, medium-length finish. A lovely, crowd-pleasing Beaujolais.

Delivery
- Free delivery for any order over HK$2,000 on HK Island and Kowloon side. For the New Territories, delivery is free from HK$3,000
- All deliveries under the above amounts are subject to a delivery fee of HK$200 for HK Island/Kowloon and HK$400 for New Territories
- Deliveries to Lantau and outlying Islands are subjected to special request.
